Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate items (such as swimwear, underwear, or accessories) for hygiene reasons

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rusticivory.com** with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.**

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank
